For those of you who really like to eat and love cuisines from Asia, here I will explain the menu that you must prepare to eat and certainly very easy to make and taste like in a restaurant, okay just go ahead !
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of chopped chicken thighs
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 scallions
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tsp English soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 egg yolk, to mix the contents
- 1 egg white, for adhesive
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 15 pieces of ready-to-use dumpling skin
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 150 ml of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of roasted sesame seeds
How to make:
1. Mix the ground chicken thigh meat with onions, garlic, spring onions.
2. Season the mixture of meat with salt, pepper, sesame oil, English soy sauce & fish sauce. Add egg yolks, mix well and taste correction.
3. Prepare dumpling skin. For dumpling skin that is usually sold is 20 or 50 pieces / pack and is square. When to be used, first remove the dumpling skin from the refrigerator 3-4 hours earlier so that when the dumpling skin is formed it does not break / tear / break. For gyoza, scissors curl the corners of the dumpling skin to form a circle.
4. Place about 1 tablespoon of meat onto the dumpling skin, fold it in half and glue it with egg white then fold it pleated and press the fold so it doesn't open.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil on teflon, enter the gyoza in a standing position and wait until the bottom is browned.
6. After the bottom of the brown gyoza, flush the gyoza with hot water. Make sure all parts get flush so that they are evenly distributed.
7. Teflon cover and simmer for 15 minutes. When the water shrinks, lift and serve with a sprinkling of sesame and shoyu sauce.
