Ingredients
- 260g Spinach
- 3x Large Carrots (peeled & sliced)
- 2x Large Leeks (sliced)
- 1x Onion (roughly chopped)
- 3x Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- 2x Pint Vegetable Stock
- Fry Light
Instructions
- In a massive saucepan fry the onion and garlic over a medium warmness till they begin to soften.
