  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 2/3 cup freshly shredded Parmesan
  • 3/4 cup freshly shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
