CHICKEN RANCH PASTA BAKE

I believe I created my own family’s favorite new dinner with this chook Ranch Pasta Bake recipe! This extraordinary pasta casserole is bursting with flavor from the chicken, Beaverbrook, ranch seasoning and mozzarella cheese!

My kids adore an excellent pasta dish and this one knocked their socks right off.  This pasta bake comes together quickly, so it's miles fantastic for those busy weeknights whilst we want some thing easy yet scrumptious on the dinner table.

CHICKEN RANCH PASTA BAKE
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon ranch seasoning/dressing mix
  • Sauce:
  • 2 Tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon ranch seasoning/dressing mix
  • ½ Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Toppings:
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • fresh chopped parsley (optional)
  1. In a large pot of water, boil penne pasta until al dente, according to bundle guidelines. Drain.
  2. Season fowl pieces with ranch seasoning. Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
