Who loves Panera? lamentably, there wasn’t a Panera that I knew of in Arizona, so the first time I had it became three.5 years ago in Chicago. I went with my hubby, and we each tried the Broccoli and Cheese Soup. It became tremendous!!! each people quick became massive lovers. sadly, we lived in Arizona, so we didn’t get to revel in this yummy goodness as an awful lot as we desired, but fast forward a few years and now you could discover a Panera each few miles!

INGREDIENTS

• 4 c chopped broccoli
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 c butter
• 1 c chopped carrots
• 4 1/2 c chicken or vegetable broth divided
• 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 2 c sharp cheddar cheese grated
• 2 c cooked chicken cubed
• 1 tsp yellow mustard
• 1/4 c cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a huge pot, melt butter. add carrots and broccoli cook dinner for added three-four minutes, season with salt, pepper and paprika.
2. Pour 4 cups of chook broth and the cream into vegetable combination. upload one teaspoon mustard and whisk until clean. Simmer over medium-low warmness.
3. In a small bowl, whisk final half of cup of broth with the cornstarch till clean. Pour into the stockpot. Whisk with the vegetable aggregate until clean. add additional salt and pepper to taste.
