i've spent many nights questioning how i used to be probably going to make hen a one of a kind way– for some, bird may be so dull however it doesn’t need to be! that is one of my preferred bird recipes.

It’s my model of Rachel Ray’s chicken with Wild Mushrooms in a Balsamic Cream Sauce but I do mine with more sauce and mushrooms that are less complicated to locate. It’s certainly easy to make and so scrumptious.

BALSAMIC REAM CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1½ cups sliced cremini mushrooms
  • 1½ cups sliced white mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 4 large cloves of garlic, smashed then minced
  • 2 large shallots, chopped finely
  • ¼ cups plus 2 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • ½ tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions


  1. Wash bird and pat dry. Season the hen with salt and pepper.
