Blodpudding Lingon recipe - Easy Kraft Recipes
It may sound strange to those who have never known this food, but for Swedes this food is very tasty. Blodpudding is made from pig's blood and flour. Most Swedes buy it at the supermarket, blodpuding is cut and fried in butter, and served with lingonberries.
400g black pudding
2 dl fried mushroom
1 pack of bacon
2 tablespoons pine nuts
touched lingon
Broccoli Stomp:
1 broccoli head
1 dl cream fraiche
1 garlic clove
salt, pepper, oregano
1. Divide broccoli into smaller trees and also peel the stem. Boil water and salt in a saucepan and add broccoli. Let boil 10-15 minutes until they are soft. Pour off the water and mix with creme fraiche, crushed garlic and spices.
2. Spice up the mushrooms in butter, crushed garlic and spices. All fluid should be reduced. When they start snapping they are ready.
3. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Slice the potato and fry it and bacon. Serve with stomp, pine nuts and ripe lingon.
