How to make Hobak Jook

- 5 tablespoons of glutinous rice flour

How to make:
1. cut the pumpkin and boil with 5 cups of water until the pumpkin has become tender.
2. After the pumpkin is cooked, puree the pumpkin with the water using a blender or mixer. Set aside.
3. prepare a small glass, mix glutinous rice flour and water, then stir until smooth.
4. pour liquid flour into the pumpkin mixture little by little while stirring. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
5. season with sugar and salt to taste according to taste.
