Lasagna  (form Italy) Recipe

Lasagna or Lasagne is an oven-baked pasta and is traditional Italian food. Lasagna itself is literally lasagne which contains meat. Lasagna itself can be filled with many other filling such as meat, vegetables, chicken, seafood and so on according to taste. This time I will share lasagna recipe using meat sauce and cheese.

Lasagna Main Ingredients:

Lasagna Meat Sauce Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of fresh ground beef
  • 1 large carrot, - roughly chopped
  • 1 medium onion, roughly chopped

  • 170 grams of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of instant chicken / meat broth
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of oil to saute
  • 300 ml of water

How to Make Lasagna Meat Sauce:


1. First, saute the garlic and bomb until fragrant (plus carrots).


2. Then add the ground meat / chopped. Stir until the meat changes color.

3. Then add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and tomato sauce, mix well.

4. Add powder with pepper, salt, sugar, oregano powder and powder. 

5. Pour water. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Lift. Set aside.

Lasagna Cheese Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1000 ml of liquid milk
  • 250 grams of cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Lasagna Cheese Sauce:


1. First heat the butter until it melts, then add the flour. Mix well.

2. Pour liquid milk slowly while stirring. Take care not to tremble.
3. Apply with pepper powder, nutmeg powder and salt.
4. Finally add grated cheese. Mix well. Cook until thickened with low heat. Lift. Set aside.

Lasagna Sprinkles:

  • 250 grams of mozarela, coarse grated
How to Make Practical Roasted Lasagna:

1. First of all Place the meat sauce on a serving plate and then put the lasagna on top, flush it again with meat sauce, then overwrite it with cheese sauce.


2. Then put the lasagna back, then flush it with meat sauce over again with cheese sauce.

3. Next, do it again until it's finished. Last is cheese sauce. Then sprinkle mozarela cheese on top.

4. Finally Bake in the oven at 180 ° C until cooked for 30 minutes, lift it finished.
