RECIPES WEST COUNTRY CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 chicken, divided into 12 pieces
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 onion, cut into small boxes
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 10 pieces of button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 300 ml of chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon of thyme
- 3 pieces of smoked meat, fried then cut into small boxes
- Rice to serve
HOW TO COOKING WEST COUNTRY CHICKEN:
- Heat oil and butter then fry the chicken until browned, set aside.
- Add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the remaining fried chicken oil, stirring until wilted.
- Pour flour, stir until it clots and then add the stock while stirring until soft.
- Season salt and black pepper, stir until boiling.
- Put the chicken in a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle tomatoes, thyme and smoked meat.
- Cover with aluminum foil then oven for 1 hour until cooked and seasoning permeates.
- Serve it
