Salmon Teriyakii recipe
Salmon is a fish from the Salmonidae family, one type of oily fish that lives in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, Nutritionally, these fish contain lots of protein and vitamin D which is very good for our nutritional intake.
Ingredients :
- 2 pieces of fresh salmon
- 1 degree of garlic
- 1/2 onions
- 1cm ginger
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1md butter
- Salt
- Pepper
1. Season salmon with 1sdm of sweet soy sauce, 1md of teriyaki, salt and pepper. Let stand min 1hr
2. Make the sauce teriyakinya: heat butter, garlic input and onion input sweet soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger. Cook for a while until it thickens, just leave the sauce alone, it will cook the sauce.
3. Bake the salmon pan over low heat, turning the sides together evenly, or it can be grilled in the oven.
4. Serve salmon with teriyaki sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of it.
