600 grams of granny smith apple or poor apple, peeled and 4 parts longitudinal slices
How to make: 1. Pie skin: sift flour with salt. Add egg yolks, mix well. Add butter and ice water, stirring using two forks to grind dough. Wrap the dough with plastic. Store in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes or until it is solid. 2. Fill: put sugar and butter into a flat pan 24 cm in diameter. Heap a small fire bag until melted butter. Enter apples. Cook for 35 minutes until the sugar becomes caramel and soft apples. Lift and set aside. 3. Rinse the pie skin up to 5 cm thick, trim it on the pie pan. Arrange caramel apples on top of them. 4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes until the skin is brown. Lift. 5. Remove from the baking dish, serve warm.
