Ingredients


  • 2x Muscle Foods Chicken Breasts (or 4x regular chicken breasts)
  • 1x Butternut Squash (peeled, seeds removed and chopped into chunks)
  • 1x Onion (diced)
  • 1x Tinned Tomatoes
  • 3/4 Pint Chicken Stock
  • 2tsp Gram Marsala (or curry powder)
  • Handful Chopped Coriander (plus extra for garnish)
  • Fat Free Yogurt (to garnish)
  • Salt & Pepper (to season)
  • White Rice (to serve)

Instructions


  1. upload the onions, butternut squash and tinned tomatoes into the sluggish cooker.
